Tips and Tricks to get the perfect Elizabeth City rental experience:

Finding your perfect rental home:

  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.

Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.

  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
