WELCOME TO OUR NEWLY RENOVATED AND UPGRADED Vacation Rental By Owner HOME!!! We just dropped a ton of money to make your experience even better. Our place was already a humongous hit that stayed extremely busy but there was just something missing. What we have put together, added, replaced, and finished will give you an memorable experience for people of all ages.
You will have the opportunity to visit different places around the country downstairs in our travel theme rooms and hallway. Upstairs, grab your sunscreen and umbrella and come relax on our tropical island in a place you have to see to believe, you may not want to leave :)

THE LAYOUT
We live in the front part of the home while the Vacation Rental By Owner section is in the 2nd half. It is completely separated from our living space as guest have their own 2 private entrances along with soundproof walls and doors. PLEASE NO PARTIES, LOUD MUSIC, ETC as we live on the other side of the home. This is NOT the place for people outside your group to be in and out of the home at all hours of the nighttime partying. We want every group to have fun, make memories, but please be respectful that we live on the other side.

- 5 Adirondack Beach Chairs - you may fall asleep in them :)

LOCATION
Located a half mile right off Highway 17, we are in the PERFECT location for individuals coming from all different directions. The property sits on 50 acres of farmland with striking spectacular vistas. Don't let this fool you though, we are around 5 mins. away from town, shopping centers, grocery stores, etc. The unique "Barn" look is one of a kind in the area with plenty of room for parking.

HITTING FACILITY/GAME ROOM
Ask about our HUGE Baseball/Softball Hitting Facility along with humongous space for guest to hangout in. This is located right behind our home/Vacation Rental By Owner. 2 bathrooms, kitchen, recliners, couches, chairs, 7 TVs (98 and 85 inch). This is a SEPARATE FEE from Vacation Rental By Owner but very reasonable price if open or available. Please ask for more info on this very cool setup where guest can just hangout in!! We offer Baseball/Softball Hitting, Pitching, Volleyball, Soccer, Wiffle Ball, Ping Pong, Pool, Air Hockey, and Foosball. More info and pricing can be found on social FB media "THE BARN LLC"

I realize how important family time is and the cost of things these days which is one of the reasons why I do this. Family and friends are a big part of my life and this provides me the opportunity to see them more often. When they are not in town, this home can be used by families from all over without having to anxiety about paying a ton of money for hotel rooms. This is the ideal place to stay for a very reasonable price that offers numerous things other places cannot.
This place is also great for the ones who are traveling to the Outer Banks and want to get that additional day of vacation without having to burn a vacation day on the road all day. We are only an hour away and great opportunity for families big or modest to stay, get up early, and beat the traffic to appreciate an additional day at the beach. We even had some groups stay here the whole week or weekend and commute back and forth to save money on the overpriced prices the beach offers.
