Five mins. to downtown Elizabeth City, less than one hour to the Outer Banks and Virginia Beach. Conveniently located to Highway 17 and all three of the local Universities.

Savor the beauty of the Albemarle Region hiking or kayaking. We have 2 kayas for you to use. We can also help you plan a day in the Outer Banks and other local parks, trails, and activities.

Sit on the screened in side porch and savor the majestic 100 year old pecan trees, snip some fresh herbs from our garden, and appreciate fresh seasonally available produce from our garden. Grille out on the gas, charcoal, or fire pit. We have pecan wood for smoking and grilling.

The kitchen has brand-new appliances, and the apartment has been newly modernized. Maintenance is on-site and will address any issues should they come up immediately.

The unit is also available for long-term leasing options, inquire about pricing.

Animals up to 40 pounds are welcome, limit of 2 animals. Due to our insurance policy, aggressive dogs are not allowed and we reserve the right to be furnished with veterinary records and flea/tick preventative status.
